These organisations were set up to look after the affairs of which people exactly?

They held banquets and made rhetoric but end result of:

Bosnia? Kashmir? Cyprus? Kosovo? Somalia? Afghanistan? Iraq? Libya? Palestine and now again in Syria.

These organisations purely exist to attempt to stupify the masses whilst the ones who pull their strings carry on securing their interests under labels such as War on Terror or use of the humanitarian card.
